TO CONFIRM — These terms are a working draft. Have them checked by your counsel before publication, and confirm the company details, the exemption ground and the retention periods.
Seller
Neotron SA, Rue Faider 1C, 1060 Brussels, Belgium.
TO CONFIRM — Add the company number (BCE/KBO), the VAT number and the registered office as they appear on the company register.
Scope
These terms govern every sale made through dutyfree.brussels. Placing an order confirms acceptance of them. They prevail over any purchase conditions of the buyer unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Eligibility
Sales are made exclusively to diplomatic missions, consular posts, permanent representations and international organisations accredited in Belgium, and exclusively against customs form 136F. We may refuse or withdraw an account at any time if the conditions for the exemption are not met.
Prices and taxes
Prices are in euro, per packing unit, and are net of Belgian excise duty and value added tax.
TO CONFIRM — Insert here the exact wording of the exemption ground supplied by your customs agent. It must match word for word what Odoo prints on the invoices — this site does not issue them.
Orders
An order is formed when it is registered on the site, and is subject to validation of the form 136F. We may refuse an order where the form is incomplete, where stock is unavailable, or where the minimum order value is not met.
Payment
Payment is by SEPA bank transfer against our invoice, quoting the payment reference given on the order confirmation. Goods remain our property until payment has been received in full.
Delivery
Delivery is made in Belgium by our own staff, free of charge, within three to five working days of validation of the form. Delivery dates are given in good faith and are not of the essence.
Returns
Goods are supplied under a customs exemption and cannot be returned once delivered, save where they are damaged or do not correspond to the order. Any such claim must reach us in writing within seven days of delivery.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. The courts of Brussels have exclusive jurisdiction.
