These conditions apply to every order placed on this site. They are not negotiable individually: they follow from the customs regime under which we supply.
Who may order
Accounts are opened only for diplomatic missions, permanent representations, consular posts and international organisations accredited in Belgium. Every account is reviewed by hand before the catalogue is opened to it. We may ask for a copy of the accreditation before approving an account.
Customs form 136F
Every sale is made free of Belgian excise duty and value added tax against form 136F, completed and signed by the mission. The form is uploaded during checkout, together with its reference number. Both are mandatory: the order cannot be completed without them.
An order is never dispatched before an administrator has read the form and validated it. If the form cannot be accepted, we write to you saying exactly what is missing and what to send instead. Your order is held, not cancelled, while that is sorted out.
Prices
All prices shown are per box, bundle or coffret, and are net of Belgian excise duty and VAT. There is no tax calculation anywhere on this site. Cigars are sold by the box and never singly; the price per cigar shown beside each reference is indicative and derived from the box price.
Minimum order
The minimum order value is 500 euro. Checkout is blocked below it, and the cart tells you how much is still needed.
Payment
Settlement is by SEPA bank transfer. Our bank details and the payment reference to quote are on the order confirmation. Please quote the reference exactly as given, so we can match your transfer without having to contact you.
Lead time and delivery
Standard lead time is three to five working days from receipt of the completed form. You may ask for a preferred delivery date at checkout; the picker excludes weekends, Belgian public holidays and our own closure days. A preferred date is a request, and our office confirms it with you before we come.
Delivery is made to your mission in Belgium by Neotron staff. There is no carrier, no shipping charge and no tracking number. We do not deliver outside Belgium.
Stock
Stock is counted in boxes and shown on each product page. Where a reference is out of stock we do not accept backorders; write to us and we will tell you when it is expected.
